Vita Talent Staffing provides the resource experience on this site. Brimlow Digital Media is the seller of the paid digital products. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit, request a resource, or make a purchase.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email, phone number, company details, resource selections, marketing consent, campaign and referral information, device and browser details, checkout identifiers, purchase amount, and the products you purchased. Stripe processes your payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use information

We use information to deliver requested files, confirm payments, provide support, prevent abuse, measure funnel performance, improve our resources, and contact you when you have provided the required consent or when communication is necessary to complete your request.

Service providers

We use Stripe for payments, Resend for delivery email, GoHighLevel for customer records and follow up, Slack for internal purchase notices, Meta for advertising measurement, and Cloudflare for hosting, security, and database services. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms.

Tracking and storage

This site uses browser storage and campaign parameters to keep a funnel session connected across pages. Meta Pixel and server event tools may measure visits, leads, checkout starts, and purchases. You can limit browser storage or advertising tracking through your browser and platform settings, although some attribution may no longer work.

Retention and security

We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, accounting, support, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use signed expiring download links and restricted operational access, but no internet system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to records we must retain. You may opt out of marketing messages through the instructions in those messages.

SMS privacy and choices

When you separately opt in to receive text messages from Vita Talent, we use your mobile number and consent record to send the marketing and follow-up messages you requested. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share data with service providers that help us deliver and support our messages, but only for those operational purposes.
