Terms of Purchase and Use

These terms apply to digital resources purchased through this site. Brimlow Digital Media is the seller. Vita Talent Staffing provides the resource content and related recruiting services.

Digital product license

Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive license to use the files inside your own business. You may share them with employees and contractors working for that business. You may not resell, publish, distribute, sublicense, or use them to create a competing product.

Payment and delivery

Prices are shown in United States dollars. Stripe processes payment. Access is delivered on the confirmation page and by email after Stripe confirms payment. Optional products are delivered only when they appear in the completed order.

Recruiting services are separate

A digital resource purchase does not enroll you in Vita Talent recruiting, staffing, placement, or managed services. Those services require a separate written agreement and separate payment through Vita Talent.

SMS messaging terms

If you separately opt in, Vita Talent may send recurring marketing and follow-up text messages about staffing services, available candidates, hiring resources, and related offers. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email Nathaniel@svrea.co. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Practical information, not professional advice

The files provide operational templates and education. They are not legal, tax, accounting, employment, or financial advice. You are responsible for adapting them to your business and applicable laws.

Availability and updates

We may improve or replace a resource over time. We work to keep delivery available but do not promise uninterrupted access. Save purchased files promptly and contact support if a file is unavailable.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the seller and content provider are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the resources. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
